All prices shown are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and are correct at the time they are entered into the system. However, we reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.

Our orders are shipped from the Netherlands. Therefore, no customs duties apply upon receipt of your package.

 

Payment can be made with any credit or debit card or through your PayPal account. Payment will be debited from your account before your goods are dispatched or the service is provided. If payment is to be made via credit card, a pre-authorization value of £0.01 will be held on the card until the card issuer clears the payment.

You can only use one discount code for each order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for which you add more than one discount code to the cart.

21. Concours 

We reserve the right to modify these conditions from time to time without notice. These rules will be deemed applicable to each contest unless otherwise specified by specific instruction in a contest.

By entering the competition, participants will be deemed to have read and understood these conditions and to be bound by them. All our decisions will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

Any person who is an employee or an immediate family member of an employee of Grooup Ltd. or any other person directly connected with the organization of a particular competition is ineligible to participate.

All entrants must be 18 years of age or older, unless another age restriction is specified or implied. Participants must, if they are under 18 years old, obtain prior authorization from their parents or guardians.

All entries must be received by the deadline stated in the contest. Registrations will be subject to authorization. No entry will be considered if misdirected, lost for technical or other reasons or received after the closing date. 

We reserve the absolute right to disqualify without notice any competition entry which we consider to have used inappropriate technical means and/or which we consider to be fraudulent.

21.1 Prizes

If for any reason an advertised prize is unavailable, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to substitute a similar prize of equivalent or greater value. 

Only one prize will be awarded per household. 

There will be no cash or other alternative to the prize offered and prizes are not transferable.

21.2 Notification

The name of the winner will be selected by random drawing, after the closing date, from all valid entries received.

The winner of a prize will be informed within 28 days of identification.

If the winner of a competition is unable to win a prize for any reason or if the winner cannot be notified after reasonable efforts, we may dispose of the prize as we see fit, without liability to the winner. .
